How long is the lease agreement?
The standard lease agreement lasts 24 months. After this period, it is possible to extend the lease for another period or purchase the machine on preferential terms.
Are there any hidden costs?
We have no hidden fees. All costs are transparently included in one flat monthly fee, covering lease, service, coffee supplies, and cleaning supplies.
What happens when the coffee machine breaks down?
We respond within 12-24 business hours, depending on the selected package. If the repair cannot be completed on-site, we will provide a replacement machine to ensure continued operation.
How often is coffee delivered?
Coffee is delivered regularly by the 5th business day of each month. We determine the quantity of coffee based on your needs and can flexibly adjust deliveries.
